To create a sustainable platform ​that empowers overseas and
domestic Korean adoptees to engage with South Korean society
by providing integrated support ​to overcome the barriers
of language, culture, and distance.

IbyangIN* (Ibyang International Network) aims to support
an infrastructure ​of adopted overseas Koreans 
that impacts policy and public discourse
on issues related to child and single parent welfare,
​family preservation, ​
and the rights of adoptees​in South Korea. ​
